Orders
Your order reaches us once an order number and PIN code are created in the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders that are unsuitable or contain unlawful content.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euro (EUR). Unless agreed otherwise, payment is made in the shop by cash, card or bank transfer. We reserve the right to change prices.
Files and copyright
You confirm that you own all rights to the files you upload, or that you have obtained the necessary permission. We do not print files that are unlawful, infringe copyright or contain inappropriate content.
Production and collection
Production times are estimates and may vary with workload. Orders are collected in the shop; self-service printing at the kiosk is also available.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. Paper texture and colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen; we are not liable for indirect damage.
Governing law
These conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
