Data we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, order details (uploaded files, print settings, quantity) and your kiosk PIN code. We do not store your payment card details.
Why we process it and the legal basis
We use your data to create, print and hand over your order (performance of a contract) and to keep you informed about your order (legitimate interest). We only add you to the newsletter with your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Your order and files are kept for as long as needed to complete your order. Orders moved to the trash are permanently deleted after 14 days. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only, as far as necessary, with the hosting and email service providers that keep the service running.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Contact us to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies; your browser only stores your chosen language locally.
