This page explains the return and refund conditions for print orders placed with Print Shop Antwerpen.

Right of withdrawal
Your orders are printed specifically to your instructions. Under Belgian and EU consumer law, goods made to the consumer's specifications are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. As long as production has not started, you can cancel an order free of charge.
Damaged, defective or incorrect prints
If your order is damaged, incomplete or printed differently from what you ordered, contact us within 3 working days of collection with your order number. After checking the issue, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund.
Self-service (kiosk) orders
You are responsible for the settings you choose at the kiosk, such as colour, paper, single or double sided and quantity. Orders that differ from the settings you chose cannot be refunded or reprinted.

Send your request to info@printshopantwerpen.com or call +32 492 90 66 86, including your order number and photos where relevant.
Refund time and method
Approved refunds are paid within 14 days using the same payment method you used. If you paid in the shop, the refund is made in the shop by cash or card.
